Yes.... Hobbes !! Even though in Calvin and Hobbes, Hobbes was a tiger toy.... if you read some of the cartoon stories I'm sure you'll see the connection but for us, Calvin and Hobbes has a familial connection, which makes the choice of Hobbes as a name for our new beardie pup very appropriate

I will post some pictures (when I get the hang of it) I never got an answer from the moderators as to why the [img] function is not available on this site.... Seems crazy not to have a method of posting pictures, when it's clearly such a popular requirement here ???? Confused Confused Confused

Have a nice weekend y'awl

Robert

Yes, I agree with you Robert, I've always been surprised by the fact that this website doesn't have a direct [img] link - all the French Beardie forums I know have got it and it's so handy.

Anyway, I hope you soon get used to the Postimage photo hosting website many of us have started using these last few weeks, it's not difficult at all. Just don't forget to select "Resize" on the home page and to choose either 640x480 or (better, I think) 800x600. Leave "No expiration" as it is. Select your photo from your personal files and, after it's been downloaded (this can take from a few seconds to 1 or 2 minutes), choose the direct link to forums in the menu which is displayed (3rd line up from the bottom) - click on the icon at the end of the line. Finally, come here and paste it in your post. Et voilą !

Agree with Jacquie, what a pretty sweet boy, Robert.

Laughing No brainer, Gerrie - it would be called Jimmy Stewart or Gloria Stewart... Smile
