It is with great sadness I have to confirm Ted went to Rainbow Bridge just before Midnight last night.
He was bouncing and happy around 11pm and had his bedtime sausage.
About 10 minutes later I went into the hall on my way to the kitchen to find Ted collapsed on the floor.
His legs had stopped working and he had wet himself.
We moved him to the dog bed in the living room but his Tongue was blue and gums almost white. His breathing was very laboured and his pupils dilated but he was still responding to us.
We rang the vet but it went through to answerphone , but then he took another turn for the worst. As we rang another out of hours vet, he appeared to have what we think was another heart attack. His breathing went shallow and minutes later he was gone.
He didn't suffer very long and we would never have reached a vet in time.
We are so totally devastated. We lost Molly in August and we know losing his mum Aimee is likely to be very soon, due to her weak heart and age and have been trying to get her through to her 15th Birthday on 27th November but we had never considered we would lose this special boy at 11 years and 3 months.
We are in total shock and there are no words I can say.
Rest in Peace our much loved Ted Bear.

What can I say It sounds almost identical to the way I lost my Heidi on a Sunday morning, she was 11 years and 8 months. Bless you Ted, I'll never forget meeting you and Aimee that magical day before Jethro came on the scene.

I have just read this sad news on Facebook.
Such a sudden and unexpected shock for you. He was a wonderful beardie, such a beautiful 'chocolate drop'.
Sending much love, hugs and thoughts to you at this sad time.
