For anyone who has their dog's microchip registered with Petlog, please be aware that as a result of a recent database upgrade their previous account logins will no longer work (no notifications sent from Petlog). Owners need to re-register their account - in most cases this will result in all details being relinked to their account (I did it today and all fine) but some people have also found issues with pets not being linked to their account or details being incorrect. Just worth a check folks - don't wait until it is an emergency.
The FB page seems to have been taken down but there is guidance on their website:

I checked ours today, and after a bit of effort finally got in. I did seem to have to go through creating a new account , but it did then find me through an existing account.
It did however only find 1 (Dougall) of the 4 microchips I had previously registered, and although we don't need Fergus's registered any more, our 2 cats Milly and Flora are missing from our account, so now waiting for them to be added.

If you go to https://www.check-a-chip.co.uk/ & put number in, it should tell you. |
