Hi Liz

My boy Jago is half brother to Regal (who is a lovely boy, whom I see regularly Laughing ) They had the same mother, Prue (Willowmead Crown Princess) Wink Jago's litter brother, Lisa's Burdock, is also a member of the forum.

So I believe that makes your Bella half niece to my Jago and Lisa's Burd! Laughing

Regal is also father to Gilly's Mackenzie on site, so your Bella would be half sister to him.

So Bella has lots of rellies on site.

Regal is about to be a dad again (hopefully) to a litter who will be full brothers and sisters to Mackenzie, and will be half brothers and sisters to Bella.

Hi Liz, I think I was one of the folk who answered your posting about garden plants etc back in October but had no idea that your Bella was Mackenzie's half sister at the time Very Happy Welcome again - look forward to seeing some pictures of Bella soon - makes me wonder if there are any other siblings and half siblings out there lurking as Regal has had 4 litters to date Laughing

Mackenzie says Hi Sis Very Happy

Tried again, but when I right click on picture, not giving me the option to copy. Probably our PC! :(

Back in September my family and I lost our beautiful family bearded collie, Harvey (Kennel CLub name is Willowmead Crown Of Love) he was the son of Caramac Crown Prince and Willowmead Wish Of Love. Harvey was 14 when he died and we then caught the Beardie Bug so we have ended up with another beautiful Bearded Collie called Merlin ( Kennel Club name Croftcaileag Blue Mist ) He was born on the 14th of October 2011 and is 12 weeks old this friday Very Happy Merlin is the son of Willowmead Prince Regal and Willowmead Bluepoppi. After looking at Merlin and Harvey's family trees I have noticed that Harvey is Merlin's great half uncle which is lovely to know that we have a fairly close relative of harvey's. After reading a few comments on this site i have noticed that quite a few of Merlin and Harvey's relatives are on here which is great to know . So hello everyone and I cant wait to join in on some of the wonderful subjects!!

Hi there and welcome to Image

Sorry to hear about the loss of your Harvey but what lovely news that another little Willowmead baby has joined your family.

We have Mackenzie who is 3 years and 8 months (Willowmead Gaelic Prince) and Tali who is nearly 9 months (Willowmead Taliskerblue) who are both sons of Prince Regal and their Mum is Willowmead Kayla who is very closely related to your Merlins mum.

I was lucky enough to be shown some pictures by CJ taken when the pups were about 4 weeks and remember what a stunner your Merlin was Cool

There is a tea party held most years in June at Willowmead and it would be lovely to meet there.

Look forward to seeing some recent pictures of Merlin - they grow up so fast. My boys both have threads on here - Mackenzie's one has been updated on his birthday each year and young Tali's is called Little Bro.
Dont laugh but its Mac and Tali flying the little plane doing the banner tow.

Hi Alexa,

So sorry to hear about the loss of your Harvey, always a difficult time, but how nice that you now have Merlin to help to fill that beardie shaped hole in your life.

Christine is a friend of mine, so I visited the litter a couple of times, spending about 3 hours with them each time. In fact, I considered having one of them but, unfortunately, the timing wasn't right for me. But Poppi is a lovely dog (as is her mother, Cailleag) whom I see regularly and if Christine breeds from her again, I may well be tempted.

My Jago (Willowmead Prince of Tides) is half-brother to Regal, who I know well - super dog. Jago's mum was Willowmead Crown Princess (sadly deceased through gastric torsion when the litter was just four months old) and Willowmead Just Wonderful.

My last boy, Murdoch, was also a Willowmead (Willowmead Birthday Wish)

If you would like to see some of the photos of the litter which Gilly is talking about, pm me with your email address and I will send some to you. They were a gorgeous litter and exceedinly well brought up - very well socialised. I wish you many happy years with Merlin.

Does anyone out there know whether Willowmead Prince Regal will be at Crufts this year? He's father to our little girl, Bella, and we'd love to meet him.We are going to Crufts on the Saturday for Beardie day, and just thought there might be a possibility he'd be there. Smile

Actually, Liz, I should have said he may be, as he has qualified. But so has Alice and her mum Kayla. Suzanne sometimes decides only to take two dogs, so may do so on this occasion. In which case, she may not make the decision until the last minute, and see who is in best condition at the time.

So I should say, probably Regal will be there! Laughing

Alexa, I think the pic posting thread has been bumped already.
