This is the only info I have copied from a scotland rescue page. will update if any further info

This gorgeous Bearded Collie is called Charlie.
He went missing from the Lairds Loch area at Tullybaccart near the A923 Dundee to Cupar Angus Road yesterday (24 Jan).

Charlie is chipped and neutered.
Please keep an eye out for Charlie if you are in or around the area and share his photo to help us find him. His owners are worried and would just like him home.

Call 0785 004 8874 with any info.
For anyone on facebook there is a photo on missing beardies and the fbc facebook pages but it will not transfer to here(Prob cos I am rubbish)Anne

Everything crossed for Charlie presume he's still out in the cold, at least he looks used to it. Good luck boy.

The latest post on the original thread on facebook says there was a sighting at Kettins crossroads yesterday.
Evidently from other posts on the thread this dog has gone missing for a couple of days before and was found a distance away.

beware of help2rehome. the guy running it was found to be not walking dogs in his care and not properly looking after dogs he was meant to be doing whilst on holiday. He also didnt hand in charity money and was seen to be impersonating a sspca inspector. odd guy.

As posted above, I'd advise staying WELL AWAY from Help2Rehome.

The page is run by a guy named Daryl Beech who is a thief and a conman and shouldn't be allowed anywhere near animals: http://www.thecourier.co.uk/news/local/angus/sspca-warns-daryl-beech-s-easy-walkers-group-poses-a-risk-to-public-safety-1.32397

Most of the stories on his old Easy Walkers page were fake rescues and adoptions taken off the internet and I don't doubt this new groups will be just the same.

Billy.

Are you saying that any lost or found dogs on there are scams.and should not be shared to other sites.
As a member of several rescue groupsI am aware that some are not what they are cracked up to be. Other rescues are picking up the pieces of a rescue in Southern england which failed to look after its dogs and are fundraising to pay for the vet treatment, kennelling, transport and are now rehoming safely.
I am not suggesting that anyone uses the Scottish group for anything other than information re lost or found dogs in the same way as the lostdogs in scotland or doglost groups.

Anne

Hi Anne, I'm advising to stay well away. Easy Walkers had lots of fake stories and just could not be trusted. No wonder it had to shut down. Thankfully the council wouldn't give the guy a licence to take in dogs. Now its relocated under a new name.

I would agree, something doesn't ring true about them. they have a website with no contact address or landline. Definitely not a charity, he seems like a go between or something similar, picking up other rescues stories and "helping".
