If you do, and I know you do, can I ask that to show your appreciation for all the enjoyment, support and friendships you have made over the years to make a donation, never mind how small to our supported Charity "Action Transport Theatre"?
ATT provide a fantastic service for young people and they need our support!
Please visit their website and read about all they do!
BUT please click on the link below to make your donation!
SUPPORT ATT
Many thanks for supporting ATT!

Done and dusted - Paul, you will never know how many people you have " made friends " for me......this site, FBC, has changed my life and brought people into it that I NEVER would have met.....and for that, you are a Saint.....xxx ( come into Chat more often - we will give you an ear bashing no doubt, but it will be fun.....) |

Done - you do so much for us, Paul, the least we can do to show our appreciation is support your favourite charity with a small donation. |

Many thanks guys for the donations so far! Keep them coming! They really need our support as there are so many cuts to the arts funding that they are feeling it and rely on the public to support them.
They do such great work with young children, create fantastic writers, actors and such a superb environment for them to express themselves.
The staff at ATT are outstanding!

Done....having a musician for a daughter I know what you mean
Now she is ill she helps to collect for MS, when she can.....does it mainly on the computer....
After the problems with the airline she is asking for compensation for herself and a large donation to MS...she has let it be known widely so I doubt that they can ignore it |

Bumping again!
FBC has a total of 2028 members. I know that only a relatively small percentage of those are really active, but we thank Paul time and time again for this wonderful site and say how lost we would be without it! On the odd occasion it crashes, FBCers go into panic mode and Paul gets bombarded with emails asking for his help, which he invariably responds to immediately, despite the fact that he already has huge demands made on his time!!
I know times have been hard, and I know we all have huge demands made on our money, and I know it's nearly Christmas which means even more expense and I know Paul's favoured charity here is not Beardies, or even dogs, but he doesn't ask much of us in return for this great site, or for the running and maintenance costs attached to it, and just think of all the friendships which have been made because of him!
So come on FBCers!! Surely we can do better than £85 from a measly 9 donors (and that's including Gift Aid) Surely a few more people can manage something, even if it's only a pound or two, to let Paul and Caitriona know how much we appreciate them?
Sorry, off my soapbox now. |

Being an old fashioned old gal I sent my contribution by pony express CJ - maybe others have done the same? It's a great opportunity to say 'Thankyou Paul' for FBC. |

Oh well done, Sandy.
Sorry, I didn't know there was an alternative way of donating! |

I'm not really sure if there is CJ, but I pm'd Paul, and he didn't seem to mind - I wouldn't have said, but there might be a few more 'old fashioned gals' who might possibly now think of donating? I do hope he gets a better response anyway. |

Many thanks for all the support so far! We are up to £150 today! Yes alternative methods are available so if you wish to send a cheque you can do that as SandY did, just PM me and I will send you the details.
Keep the donations coming please! It is for a great cause!

Thanks to all who have supported ATT by giving a donation in return for the free use of the FBC.
If you haven't already done so please make a small donation, every little bit helps.
A: It helps ATT with their great work
B: It helps me feel that the FBC is appreciated and worthwhile to keep going!
Many thanks again

Pam and Jacquie, if you go to the right hand side of the home page, all details for donating to ATT via Just Giving are there and you don't need an FB account, and they do accept Paypal. Hope this helps. |

That's odd, Jacquie - when I donated it was via Paypal and the website still says it accepts Paypal.
https://justgiving.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/200670421-How-can-I-donate-and-what-fee-do-you-take-
and it says:-
To donate via PayPal you need to be giving in GBP. You can select GBP as your chosen currency in 'Step 1' of the donation process and you'll see 'PayPal' as a payment option at the next stage of the process.
I have just given another donation via Paypal - it gave me the options of credit cards, etc or Paypal, so it definitely accepts it. |
