Right does anyone have the same issue with fatballs as our Alf does? My hubby, Nigel feeds the birds everyday and fills the feeders. Today Alf wanted to help and the large box of fatballs was on the ground and he was trying to get in the box, rolling his head into the fatty treats and then moving around as though in a trance.....weird but a wonderfully stupid sight!

My dog tries to pinch the fat balls from the feeder, but I did read somewhere to be careful, as some of the seeds in them can be poisonous to dogs if eaten in large quantities.

Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

Both of mine love the fat and insect cales that I put in a special feeder in the garden for "my" robin in winter. Although I've screwed the feeder onto a wooden post out of the dogs' reach, somehow some crumbs often manage to fall down on the ground and they can barely reach it before they are swallowed by one of the greedy girls! Rolling Eyes

As for me, yes, nuts anytime (preferably Brazil!) with a glass of good wine... Wink

A lady after my own heart. Garlic just dislikes me so is avoided at all costs.

We'll have to start a club! Laughing
I also hate chocolate, can't even stand the smell of it, but I doubt if there is any connection to the garlic problem. Laughing Laughing
